Eugene Marshall Passes Polygraph Test, Gets Arrested For Kiddie Porn

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -  A 31 year-old Indianapolis man is facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years after freely admitting to police during a polygraph test that he was scopin’ some illegal porn.

The polygraph test, part of Eugene Marshall’s probation from previous perpetrations involving pedo-porn, took place on April 21. Marshall had spent a woefully inadequate 128 days in the can for his first convictions in 2011, and was subsequently place on probation for 915 days. If I ever decide to become a criminal, I’ll be moving to Indiana.

Marshall got an A+ on the test, passing without telling a single lie. Unfortunately for him, most of his answers were admissions of probation violations, including accessing the internet, viewing child pornography and being alone with children at a recent birthday party for a relative, though it was noted that no physical contact is believed to have occurred. Marshall also admitted to owning three small (or ‘fun size’) love dolls, which makes me just a little Knauseous.

Instead of a gold star, Marshall got a visit from police at his home, where he surrendered a Playstation console, a laptop and several storage devices. It was on these devices that police found images of child pornography, with victims ranging in estimated age from infancy to 9 years old. Due to federal laws regarding repeat offenders, Marshall could spend up to 20 years in prison, a far cry from his previous little vacation.

And yes, I have used video game consoles to look at porn. And no, I don’t think it’s weird.

Teen Accused Of Stabbing Dad After He Told Son To Pull Up His Pants

NEW ALBANY, IN — Police have arrested 18-year-old Cody Burns, accusing him of stabbing his father after he told his son to pull up his pants.

The incident happened last Tuesday after Burns’ father told the boy he was lookin’ like a fool with yo’ pants on the ground. Burns allegedly walked to the kitchen and retrieved a knife, then walked into the living room and stabbed his father in the left side of his chest.

The man was taken to the hospital where his wounds were not considered life-threatening. Another person was in the home and witnessed the assault and Cody Burns was charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon. He is currently behind bars on $75,000 bond.

Here’s a true story about my dad and how he expressed his dislike for a shirt I planned on wearing to a restaurant with the family. When I was 14, my family was going to meet other family members at a steak house. I decided that the perfect shirt for the occasion was a t-shirt that I had cut the collar and sleeves off of, and was decorated with a slew of cow bones.

My parents have always been very lenient when it came to me and my siblings expressing ourselves via clothing, wall posters, etc. But as I came out of my room to leave, my old man said that my shirt was not appropriate dining attire and suggested I go back and change my shirt.

I replied that I had taken his suggestion under consideration, but was politely declining. Immediately after his right eye slightly twitched, he calmly walked over to me, grabbed the front of my shirt at the collar, then turned it into a vest by ripping it right down the middle. He then repeated that I should go back and change my shirt, a suggestion that suddenly seemed like an awesome idea.

Jonathan Noe Gets Four Years In Prison For Beating Girlfriend With Shake Weight

West Lafayette, IN – It’s been two years since we first reported on Jonathan Noe, the man charged with beating his girlfriend with a Shake Weight. On Monday, he sentenced to four years behind bars.

On November 9, 2011, Noe’s girlfriend called police to report he had beaten the shit out of her with a Shake Weight. When police arrived at the her home, she reportedly told them Noe violated a protective order she filed in June of that year when he showed up at her place after a party and indicated how unhappy he was with her.

He then proceeded to show her how unhappy he was by knocking her around, kicking her, choking her and beating the crap out of her a Shake Weight. Police say both of the woman’s eyes were swollen shut, her mouth was swollen enough to make speaking difficult, and four of her teeth were knocked loose and pushed back toward her throat.

Medical documents revealed the woman suffered from a subdural hematoma to the head, a fracture of the right orbital bone, a broken nose, multiple contusions, extensive facial injuries, a concussion, loss of consciousness and blowout fracture of facial bones.

Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 found 20-year-old Jonathan Noe guilty of battery with a deadly weapon and invasion of privacy. Noe was sentenced to six years, two of which will be probation.

The terms of his probation include that Noe must live with his father or group home for the first year, maintain good and lawful behavior, waiver his fourth amendment rights regarding search and seizure, undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, attend an anger management program and have no contact with the victim.

However, with credit for time served and good behavior, Noe could be out in less than nine months.

Natisha Hillard Charged With Selling 18-Month-Old Daughter To Make Child Porn

Gary, IN - Police say 24-year-old Natisha Hillard sold her daughter to 39-year-old Christopher Bour, specifically for the purpose of making child pornography.

In a criminal complaint filed in the case, the FBI states Hillard met Bour through an online dating service and eventually sold the child to him knowing her daughter ”would be portrayed in a visual depiction assisting another person to engage in sexually explicit conduct.” The complaint does not reveal how much money Hillard made off the sale.

Unfortunately, the 18-month-old girl did end up being the star of some of Bour’s porn, and had been ever since she was around 6-months-old. She may have been involved in more had an unidentified woman not contacted the FBI.

The woman contacted the FBI to report that Bour had sent her explicit text message that read:  ”U wanna watch me play with a baby tomorrow a real one” while another said: “I get a chance once in a while I was just seeing if you would hold the camera.” The woman said she’d been to Bour’s home before, and had seen child porn playing on his laptop.

The FBI stepped in and assumed the woman’s identity and engaged Bour in a series of text messages. The transcript of these texts are extremely explicit and include Bour describing his love of fucking children. ”Its the best sex I ever had,” he says.

FBI would raid Bour’s residence and find child porn on Bour’s computer, including some showing Bour having sex with a child. An adult woman could be seen in some of the photos, according to an FBI, who was later identified as Natisha Hillard.

Bour has been charged with production of child pornography, purchasing a child for production of child pornography and possession of child pornography. Hillard was charged with one count each of selling the child and allowing the child to participate in making child pornography.

Convicted Sex Offender Accused Of Killing Tara Willenborg

CLARKSVILLE, IN – Police say 49-year-old Richard Hooten, a fugitive sex offender,  is suspected of the rape and murder of 17-year-old Tara Willenborg over the weekend.

Willenborg’s body was found by her boyfriend early Saturday morning inside the  Clarksville apartment the couple shared. She had been raped and died from asphyxiation. According to prosecutor Steven Smith, Willenborg suffered a ‘horrible death’.

Willenborg’s father said his daughter had attended Jeffersonville High School where she was a member of the cross country team. She’d recently earned her G.E.D. and had just moved into the apartment with her boyfriend in January. She would have turned 18 next Sunday.

Police would arrest Hooten on unrelated charges after seeing him wandering around outside near the apartment.

“Officers found him walking. He sort of fit the description and at that time they asked for his identity and ran a background check and noticed he had outstanding warrants,” said Darrell Rayborn with the Clarksville Police Department.

The warrant was issued because Hooten had failed to register as a sex offender. Turns out he has quite the criminal history including rape, sexual battery and sodomy charges in both Indiana and Georgia dating back to 1993. Now he has been charged with murder, rape, criminal deviant conduct, sexual confinement and strangulation.

Police do not believe Hooten and Willenborg knew each other, but that Hooten had an acquaintance who lived across the hall from the teen and had just waited for an opportunity to attack.

As he entered the courtroom on Monday to face the judge, Hooten mouthed the words “I’m sorry” when asked if he had anything to say to Willenborg’s family.

My views regarding the death penalty have changed over the years, but not in regards to people like Hooten. If they’d let me, I’d put a bullet  in the son-of-a-bitch’s head myself and not lose one iota of sleep.

Convicted Child Molester Jeremiah Taylor Beaten To Death In Indiana Prison

New Castle, IN — Jeremiah Taylor, a man convicted of child molestation last year, was beaten to death inside an Indiana prison.

According to police, the 37-year-old was found unconscious at the bottom of a staircase at the state prison in New Castle late Thursday night. He was taken to Henry County Hospital then flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he died Saturday morning.

Investigators believe the inmate’s injuries were “not the result of an accident, but were the result of Taylor having been battered shortly before being found in the stairwell,” an Indiana State Police release said.

Taylor was charged with molesting a preschooler in 2009, but was not apprehended until 2011. He pleaded guilty to charges of child molestation in June of last year, and was sentenced to 20-years in prison with 12 years suspended. Taylor had been at the prison since July of last year and was scheduled to be released in 2018.

Before anyone assumes he was murdered because of his admitted crimes, Mike Smith, public information officer at the New Castle Correctional Facility, said a large segment of the New Castle prison population consists of sex offenders. So who knows why he was really targeted. Maybe even sex offenders have a code, or maybe he just pissed off the wrong person.

But who cares why he was beaten to death, right?  While I am not for vigilante justice (even though in some cases I totally understand why it is carried out), I just cannot feel anything but relief knowing that this man will never again molest another child.

Muncie, IN — I’ve seen women remove men’s testicles before, placing them in their purse or in a jar placed on a high shelf in a closet, but the recently married men in those cases were usually willing participants.

Not so for the poor guy in Indiana, whose ex-girlfriend was arrested after she practically removed his testicles with her bare hands.

Police were called to the home of a 57-year-old man who reported his drunken ex-girlfriend, 43-year-old Christina Reber, had entered his home uninvited  and had assaulted him in a most unpleasant fashion. Fellas, prepare to cringe.

The victim said shortly after yelling “call the fucking police” and slapping him in the head multiple times,  Reber latched on to his low-hanging fruit and began “squeezing as hard as she could.”

Despite his best efforts, the man was unable to get Reber to let go as she began digging in her fingernails into his tool bag. It wasn’t until after they fell to the floor that the man was able to regain possession of his eggs and call 911.

Responding police describe seeing the man with blood on his shirt, and observe “a long wide tear on his scrotum,” which had been “completely torn loose from his body.”

An ambulance was called to transport the man to the hospital while Reber was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and illegally entering the man’s home. Reber is free from jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Two days after the attack, the man says his scrotum was “so swollen he is unable to walk and is missing work.” he added that his scrotum “is still bleeding and doctors are not sure if there is permanent damage to his groin or not.”

Valparaiso, IN - In an obvious bid to secure a place in the Guinness Book of World Records for drunkenness, a northwest Indiana man was apprehended by police with a blood-alcohol level of 0.552 percent – or roughly seven times the legal limit.

Police say that on Saturday afternoon, a woman reported seeing a man - later identified as James Henderson, 28 - laying on the side of a road. EMS noted that Henderson had several bruises and responding officers reported that Henderson made a “barely-coherent” statement about getting hit by a truck. Police have not yet confirmed whether Henderson was in fact struck by a vehicle.

Henderson faces public intoxication charges as soon as he is released from the hospital. If his release is pending sobriety, he may have some time yet…

It has been reported that Henderson has a ‘history of alcohol-related charges.’ Sadly, it appears that the positive side of his drunkenness has been underreported. Let’s hope that this achievement will change all of that.

Noblesville, IN - According to Fishers (Indiana) Police, if the school bus is a-rockin’, don’t come a-knockin’. This after they determined that sexual intercourse occurring on a school bus between a 13-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl - both students at the Indiana School for the Deaf - was ‘consensual.’

On February 1, the two children were being transported on a Nobleville School’s bus. Although two adults on the bus - the driver and a bus aide - did not notice the sexual activity, it was captured on the bus’ video surveillance camera. The adults did eventually realize what was going on and, after bringing it to a halt, reportedly delivered the children as planned.

Immediately after the incident was reported, Noblesville Schools released a statement. Among the standard damage control tripe was this:

“The children involved are safe and have returned to the classroom. The two adults assigned to the bus in which the incident occurred have been removed from active duty pending further investigation.”

Fishers police conducted that investigation. Their findings? The bus driver and bus aide will not face charges because the height of the seats precluded their being able to observe the children and… the sex between the children was consensual. Case closed.

Oddly, the family of the 8-year-old girl is not so quick to move on.

“What happened to the victim here was child molestation and/or rape,” said Robert King Jr., attorney for the girl’s family. “That a victim, especially one 8 years old, sometimes succumbs to a more powerful perpetrator should never be regarded as consent and is not the law in Indiana.”

The Fishers Police department is, as yet, unmoved by their concerns - refusing to answer any further questions on the matter.

When contacted by local news media, the Indiana School for the Deaf reportedly responded by saying that it is their job to take care of the kids while they are in school, but it is the job of the Noblesville School District to take care of them while they are on the bus.

Since the matter has been reported, it appears that a public outcry is building.  It remains to be seen if that outcry will fall on deaf ears.

Anderson, IN — The citizens of a southern Indiana county are breathing a collective sigh of relief that Republican Councilman David McCartney is (still) on the job. This after McCartney revealed that a string of sexually explicit emails he sent to a female colleague were part of a ruse he devised to expose corruption.

The interest in the Councilman’s emails began with a heated debate over taxes in February. This led to taxpayers requesting access to email records for the Madison County Councilmen and the County Recorder. While reviewing the emails for discussion related to the tax, taxpayers were surprised to find sexually explicit emails between McCartney - who is married - and a female assessor from another county.

“You are too sweet, just so happens you taste sweet as well.” McCartney said in an email dated Feb. 21.

My first inclination - as, I believe, many others - would be to overlook his scintillatingly erotic banter and leave the attention to the investigators looking into the matter. Sadly for McCartney, though, it appears the public’s willingness to ignore his transgressions evaporated with his claim that the email above - and the rest of his sexually-charged exchange - were not personal but, rather, part of a elaborate scheme to uncover corruption in Madison County.

“In order to catch a traitor, you have to be a traitor,” McCartney told a local newspaper during an interview about the emails. In that same interview, McCartney reportedly could not say exactly when he devised his plan and enlisted the help of the female assessor to which the emails were sent, but described the emails as, “a risk I was willing to take for the taxpayers.”

If only all public servants could be so selfless…

These emails and others reportedly violating policies about electronic campaigning are now being reviewed as part of an independent probe. No, not the same type of probe that McCartney was doing. This is a whole different kind of probe…
